At BAUER, we stand behind our gear and want to ensure you have the perfect fit for your game. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Log into your BAUER account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate a prepaid shipping label.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and protective equipment is securely wrapped to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup at your convenience.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
